My iphone 6 is on activation lock and i dont have access to that apple id, cause the seller just make it, and now i cant find him. What should i do now??

Turn it over to the police or recycle it and take this as a life lesson in trust...
There is no way to bypass the activation lock.
Apple will only remove it for the original purchaser of the device when they show the original proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
