How do I disable Apple Music free trail offers out of existence?

The spam that is the nonstop Apple Music Offers can be disabled through Music Apps Preferences > Restrictions > Select Apple Music..... you are effectively removing Apple Music from the Music App.
I am not sure what is going on with Apple but this is not the Apple I grew up with.
Not sure as I'm avoiding any update that would put me more at Apple's beck & call, does this have any effect?
Upon the App launch on every single instance of my Music App (iTunes replacement) on every single device. Are you not an Apple user?
I can't even ask Siri to listen to a song, as soon as it identifies the song, I click buy and go straight to an Apple Music free trial offer... pathetic how Apple is turning in to a commercial spam bot pushing its own services!
Where does it spam you, Notifications or what?
I am an Apple user, but not ever going to Catalina.
