Peak Performance message bug?

My iPhone 11 Pro Max is two months old now, but in the battery health section, it still has the default message displayed? My friends XS Max and my old XS Max both have the normal peak performance message. Shouldn’t it now be saying “Your battery is operating at Normal Peak Performance” on my 11 Pro? Anyone know if there’s a set amount of time before it displays this?

Low battery warning keeps appearing multiple times I have an iphone 11 64 gb. For half a year when my phone has 20% or less that low battery notification keeps appearing multiple times even after a say on it .
