iCloud share links will not open

Since the update to OS13, when my children send me videos of my grandchildren, I get an iCloud share link instead of just the video in their text message.

My iMac, iPhone, and iPad will not open these links. On my iPad and iPhone it says "retrieving" and "Add videos to your library" and there is an Add All button. None of these work. I see a blurred image of the video and a cue that says "Waiting for a video..." but they never complete.

On my iMac, it reverts to the blurred image of the video and says "Please check back soon." It never loads.

If the video does show saying it is available as an iCloud link until December 10, when I try to open it, it says there is a network error.

I hate this link feature on my husband's android and now I have to deal with it on Apple.
