I’ve been having horrible problems with my iPhone being hacked. I just found an app on my iPhone called hashtag images and I have no idea where it came from, I also have been through 20 phones in 1 year & who ever is doing this keeps getting into my iMessages and FaceTime. They are also using my Apple ID to log into, please help I have no control over my phone!! The scariest part is that they are able to access my camera and record me.. Help...

Have you tried restoring the phone factory settings and not restoring a backup?
You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
