"Not enough information to reset your security questions" So how do I reset the security questions!? I'm going around in circles.

I set up my Apple ID so long ago, I don't remember the answers to the security questions. When I try to reset the questions, I get this message: "Not enough information to reset your security questions" So how do I reset the security questions!? I'm going around in circles.

Hi Niel:

Thanks for your suggestions. The first link brought me right back to the page that says:

Cannot Reset Security Questions

We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.

So I've submitted the form you linked to. Hoping this actually solves the problem.
