Microphone not showing up in yahoo mail after update

Has anyone gotten an answer to the question on why the microphone icon has disappeared from the yahoo mail keyboard after the software update?

iPad, iOS 13

Hello,

Please verify that Dictation is enabled in Settings > General > Keyboard.
