How do i download the tv app on a laptop?

I’ve been trying to find a way to download apple tv+ on my hp notebook for half an hour and still could not find it I’ve even scoured the internet and couldn’t find an answer to weather it could be downloaded on the pc or not. It would be amazing to use an application instead of the web version.
