all of my apps are suddenly requesting camera, microphone, or contacts access. Instagram specifically wont let me post on my story and this only started happening at like noon today, and the phone app no longer shows my contacts. there is no option in settings to enable camera, microphone, or contacts. please help me resolve this issue!

My apps won’t allow me to enable my camera or microphone and all of the setting to help me enable them are gone. I tried to reset my location and privacy but nothing happened, it didn’t seem to reset at all even after pressing reset. Help!

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I understand you're being prompted to allow access to your camera from multiple apps. I definitely want to make sure you're able to use all your apps without issue, and I'm happy to help.
To start, if you go to Settings > Instagram, are you seeing the option there to tap to enable Contacts, and allow "Read and Write" for photos? If you're missing those options completely, let's check out your Screen Time settings. If you go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Photos, is "Allow changes" enabled there?
