iTunes and apps disabled

How to re-enable my apps and iTunes account. I can’t update apps anymore.. account disabled.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
