I am un able to update my apps, or download new apps. It says my acount has been disabled or something how do i enable or most my apps are free why cant i update?

If the account is disabled that is why you can't download things. Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
