i have a problem with the amount itunes match wants to charge me. I used to pay 0,99 every month and now they ask me for 24,99€. i need to talk with someone about what this is and what itunes offers me exactly. is there anyone from the company to guide me?

Itunes match costs 24.99 € per annum. Your .99 per month will not be for iTunes Match. Are you paying for iCloud storage? You will not need this for iTunes Match as it uses the iCloud music library.
