Have had my watch a week and yesterday it lost power with out warning. put it on charge and came back to life. It was showing i had done 12.6k walking steps but its not now syncing with my activity app so not registering with my vitality app. So today have done 2k and phone shows nothing help.

Try this;
Close the Activity app on the iPhone
On your watch: go the Home screen
(single press of the Digital Crown) and tap on
the Activity app icon (coloured rings).
Press firmly on the screen > tap on Change
your Move Goal > change the goal.
You can move the goal back once it's working again.
Still not working have tried still showing nothing for today and done 4k steps.
any advice reason for panic is under my vitality agreement i get money off my watch for steps done and if its not showing i will end up paying the price.
watch is running latest version of ios watch and so i my iPhone.
Solved was internal watch Bluetooth had disabled it self
series 5 watch not syncing activity with my iphone since power out.
