Apple TV Stuck in Apple ID Verification Loop with Former User

My Apple TV is stuck in a constant Apple ID verification for a former user. I have removed the user under users and accounts and deleted their email from the previously used email list.

My viewing subscriptions and music subscriptions are under my email address but I can’t even play a song on Apple music because of the verification loop.

Ive tried restarting and unplugging. Please help.
