Sorry I have bought an apple tv 2° generation...but I can't see prime video...and apple tv app...I made the software updating but nothing...help me..please...

Hello,

Apple TV (2nd generation) was obsoleted nearly 5 years ago. The oldest model of Apple TV that supports Amazon Prime Video is Apple TV (3rd generation).
