Fraud Charges

I was just notified that there are 5x19.99 charges from Apple.com on my Chase Saphire Card. I did not make any purchases like this through Apple or iTunes. It was flagged as a fraud charge, and I guess whoever tried to charge initially got it declined, but then somehow it got authorized for 5x charges. Who do I need to talk to about this. The bank says I need to discuss with merchant...

False ongoing charges to my debit card I recently looked at my statement and found a charge from Apple.com for some type of purchase I never made. I do not have any recurring subscriptions with apple. Looking deeper into my account statements I'm seeing charges from apple.com multiple times per month for random amounts. I would like to resolve this and be credited for all charges that I should not have incurred. It appears this dates back months and months. I had to create an apple account just to send this message to support. Fraud charges to bank account I have received charges from apple on my card as it was used by fraud, i have informed my bank and proceeded to cancel these charges as they are not related to my apple account, if i send you the bill numbers can you detect the same and cancel it?

Since the charges are through Apple, you will need to contact iTunes Support.
