I have a 1080P video matrix that distributes all sources to all tvs in my house from my basement rack. so upgrading to the 4K Apple will not do me any good. Is there any plan to push this to older Apple TVs?
3rd and 4th Generation Apple TVs have the Apple TV app and you can watch Apple TV+
through it.
1st and 2nd generation Apple TVs do not and cannot get it.
