I recently bought an Iphone11. My problem is that when I call someone their voice is very faint although the person at the other end can hear me well and my sound is at the fullest

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand that other people sound very faint even though the volume is turned all the way up, and I'd like to assist you. For this issue, I suggest following each of these steps:
If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone
If the problem continues, test the issue by making calls with multiple contacts and in multiple locations. Likewise, try making a FaceTime call with multiple contacts to see if the issue is reproduced.

Thanks for your prompt response. The problem has been solved. Evidently I needed to remove the plastic covering that came with the phone when I bought it as it was covering the speaker thus blocking it. It was resolved for me by theGeek squad.
