If the business is selling counterfeit products how can I complain to remove an account?

Please give more details. I am unsure what you are asking. Is this an Apple-owned Store? A reseller? A web site?

You are not addressing Apple here. We are end uses volunteering to help others with technical issues, not Apple business matters.

Your question is not clear. If a business is selling counterfeit products and you are on their mailing list is is unlikely they will remove you from the list. Why do you think they would behave ethically regarding mailing lists when they sell counterfeit products?
