My email on my iPhone 7 goes to trash bin and not inbox. Please help

It seems that the filters are not set up correctly, is the issue related to iCloud Mail or 3rd party mail provider?

If the issue is related to a 3rd party mail provider I will suggest to refer to the official web page or to contact their support to investigate about the issue.
