I cannot make in-app purchase !

Well, I have just redeemed an iTunes gift card , but when I wanted to make an in-app purchase it says “ your purchase cannot be completed”!

Purchase Cannot Be Completed I had an iTunes gift card, I was able to redeem it, but when I try to make an in app-purchase, it will give me a notification saying “Your Purchase Cannot Be Completed”. Someone plz help.
