Upon receiving this email posing as AppleCare that my MacOS HighSierra 10.13.6 desktop was infected with 3 viruses, I did the scan but did not download any software or virus removal. Is it possible that my personal info was stolen?

Any and all such messages, emails or web pages are lies. There are no exceptions.
The scan did nothing other than pretend to "find" malware. Put the email in the trash.
Unless a link you followed asked you to submit personal information, they don't have anything.
