Apple Pay not working on XS Max after iOS 13

I receive an error saying my billing address is incorrect when I try to use Apple Pay. This started happening after I update to iOS 13. I tried to delete and add the card again and I get the same issue. I’m using an iPhone XS Max.

Apple Pay problem I’m trying to setup My Debit card on Apple Pay, unfortunately I’m receiving a message of couldn’t set up apple pay ( an error occurred while installing), it was working before updating to IOS13.

Make sure that your billing address for your Apple ID and your bank card match.
