connect to itunes disabled but it dosen't connect to computer

hi i have a problem with my iphone 6s,i was recently locked out of my iphone and i retried to type in my passcode but it failed every time,it got to the point where it's currently disabled "Connect to iTunes",when i try to connect my iphone either in restoration mode or in DFU mode it dosen't connect to itunes(computer) but it does sound like its connected to my computer except it dosen't appear.

Can someone help me in this situation please.
