Deleted Hidden Photos

Photos and videos mistakingly got deleted after pressing "select all" button in the hidden photos section. Are these photos not recoverable? I've restored my phone from a previous backup from a month prior and I've also checked the recently deleted album and they are nowhere to be found. Surely, there is some way I can recover these photos right? Or is it once the photos hit the hidden album and are deleted then they're just gone?
