How do I add the new Disney + app on my Main menu (AppleTV 3rd gen)

The Disney+ app requires the Apple TV (4th generation or later). You can however use AirPlay on earlier devices.

If it’s not there you won’t be able to add it, being your model has no App Store to install it.
