iPhone radiation hurting my leg?

Carrying my iPhone around in my pocket I always feel a light pain. I usually keep my phone in my right pocket, if I switch to my left pocket the pain is no longer on my right leg, but on my left leg.

This pain can also be noticed in my hand when holding my phone for a few minutes.

Does this have anything to do with the phone sending out signals/ radiation ect ?

I understand there's no conclusive evidence that radio emissions from any device can cause any sort of physical harm to the human body as of yet

Can anyone relate? Having similar experiences?
