Activation lock

Ok I have an iPhone 6s and I set up an Apple ID and don’t remember the password I used it a gmail application I’d I used I have an iPad I use with a whole new Apple ID I just need to use this iPhone I previously set up with a different Apple ID I don’t and never used what do I do
