Would Apple 30W USB-C Power Adapter (for MacBook Air) and USB-C Charge Cable be used to charge MacBook Pro 13 version 2018? Any problem to damage MacBook or battery kit?

61W adaptor is lost, but MacBook Pro 13 is out of power now. 30W adaptor with USB-C Cable for MacBook Air is available in my hand. Consider to use it charging MacBook Pro. Would it be feasible? Or require very long time to charge up full?
Second paragraph in the link I provided above:
"Power adapters for Mac notebooks are available in 29W, 30W, 45W, 60W, 61W, 85W, and 87W varieties. You should use the appropriate wattage power adapter for your Mac notebook. You can use a compatible higher wattage adapter without issue, but it won't make your computer charge faster or operate differently. Lower wattage adapters don't provide enough power."
Emphasis added by me.
In general, NO, You cannot use a smaller adapter.
Yes, there may be problems or damage, and if you try to run with that adapter, your Mac may do an emergency power-off in the middle of your work.
