Can I log out my Apple ID from iTunes on Mac? If yes, How?

I have two Apple ID and I want to change my previous Apple ID on my Mac's iTunes to my new Apple ID. Can I do it?

You can use Account > Sign Out and Account > Sign In to switch between accounts, however you cannot transfer your purchase history from one Apple ID to another. See also View and remove your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support for a potential complication that can arise if your try to download past purchases from more than one Apple ID on a single computer.
