I just got a new iPod but I can't seem to load music from my Mac Pro onto the iPod. It says to turn off iCloud but I don't have that setting on my iPod.

As I said previously, you must disable Apple Music, iTunes Match, and/or iCloud Music Library in Settings > Music if you would like to synchronize your music from your Macintosh.

When Apple Music or iTunes Match are enabled on an iPod then you cannot synchronize music from a computer. You can manage these settings on your iPod touch in Settings > Music.
I still do not know why I cannot sync my music from my Probook to my new iPod.
