My Apple store has been disabled and I am unable to download apps

my payment method has been revised

You download apps from the App Store, not the Apple Store.


If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT208856 and follow the instructions in the document.
