I live in UK. But I want to buy the smart keyboard in traditional chinese version which only available in Taiwan, Can I ask for the Apple Staff in UK to help me to put the order or not? I really want the Traditional Chinese not the pinyin System of chinese...

It can't hurt to ask.
Such keyboards are certainly available in the US online store. But Apple stores don't ship outside their own country.
