Why does my new iPad stay in radiographic picture view. I call it the undeveloped film look?

Could you please post a photo of what you are seeing?
Have you accidentally set either Smart Invert or Classic Invert in your settings:
- Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Smart Invert
- Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Classic Invert
If either are set to on, this would explain what you are seeing. If you ensure that both are set to OFF, your display should return to normal colour rendering.
