1Password

I got a prompt from 1password telling me it could log me into my account quicker. Stupidly I agreed, but now I can't switch it off from taking over my screen and demanding to have the password - but only to START THE FREE TRIAL I didn't want or ask for!!

Where do I locate the settings for 1password to stop this persistent alert? It takes up 90% of the screen so I can't ignore it.

There are no 1password preferences, and all the menus in the account are grayed out. Thx for reading.
