Removing itunes Account from phone
I have a ph that an employee was using who has left, he had his itunes acc connected to it how do I clear this and issue the phone to someone else?

Hopefully you can contact the former employee if you need the credentials to erase the phone completely. These are the steps that a person should go through in order to totally erase an iPhone.
