Update 13.1.3 is an absolute nightmare........so many problems.......DON'T UPDATE !!!

Has anyone else had problems with the 13.1. update? My phone has not been the same since, problem after problem. Apps not working, photo loading so slow, my battery drained so fast I needed a new one at my cost........I am so frustrated with it all despite Apple trying to sort it.....I will never update again and Apple need to sort it quick as there are so many issues with this update, my phone is not doing what it should. I have heard that others are having mega issues with it too.........my advice is don't update
