Update to catalina

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand you're unable to update because it shows the requested version is not available and will do what I can to help.
Here are some suggestions:

Keep searching on here. I spent a long time on chat and did everything they said but nothing helped. I found a post earlier on here but don’t see it just now. But someone posted how to reset updates via terminal with one line of code. I did that and it was perfect.
Try this for MacOS 10.10 or later:
sudo softwareupdate --clear-catalog
This resets the Server back to Apple, the default.
Update to catalina
