Is it possible to use GPS in Singapore and then GPS+Cellular in korea?

I'll buy Apple watch 5 (Stainless steel) in Singapore. However, i will not apply telecommunication in watch 5. so i just use GPS.

and then come back to korea, I'm going to register telecommunication in korea companies.

I have already confirmed Singapore and Korea model number is same, A2157.

If it is the same model Apple Watch, then it should work.

The Apple Watch non-cellular aspects will work anywhere in the world that your iPhone works.

And assuming your cellular carriers in Korea do not object, it should work.

Just keep in mind that the Warranty will be for Sinapore, so if you have warranty issues, you may have to return to Sinapore.

Also some features are restricted based on either the country where the Apple Watch was purchased or the country where the Apple Watch is used, or Both (ECG is a both feature)

LTE is a specific kind of cellular service. It has reasonably fast data transfer. The actual name is "Long Term Evolution" which doesn't really tell you much.

The eSIM is built-in hardware in the Apple Watch that allows downloading the SIM details t the Apple Watch, and to change the downloaded SIM details at a later date all without having to provide a physical SIM and a physical SIM slot, which would take up space in the Apple Watch, make it more difficult to make the Apple Watch water resistant, etc...

The eSIM does not have anything in it when you buy the Apple Watch. Your Korean iPhone carrier (one of those that supports the Apple Watch) will provide eSIM information to your iPhone, and your iPhone will transfer the eSIM information to the Apple Watch.

All of this depends on your Korean iPhone carrier accepting your Apple Watch into their system. I cannot speak for your Korean iPhone carrier.
