Why after deleting the app when used the free trial am I being charged? I want a refund ASAP. I did not want to be charged, the app is deleted off my phone. Can this be stopped, if so how?

Deleting an app does not absolve you of your responsibility. You should have cancelled the purchase / subscription during the free trial period.
If it was a subscription cancel it now before the next subscription period begins. --> View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
