I have a problem with my phone 8. A few weeks ago, he began to periodically (several times a day) lose his cellular connection. This only happens if you turn on and then turn off flight mode. I contacted an authorized service center https://restartsp.com.ua

But they refused my warranty repair because there are cracks on the touch glass near the speaker hole, although the screen is whole and there are no other damages on the phone case. What can be the connection between the crack on the touch glass and the loss of connection?

Whether you agree or not really isn't relevant. What's relevant is the terms of the warranty.

Accidental damage voids the warranty.

There is no way for you to prove that whatever occurred that resulted in the cracked glass did not also damage the internals of the phone.

Accidental damage voids the warranty completely. You will have to pay for out of warranty service/replacement.
