Receive error message when trying to REDEEM an iTunes gift card

I am trying to redeem an iTunes gift card, but when I enter the (correct) password, I get an error message indicating "an unidentified error has occurred" and to try again later. I have tried on three separate days, with no luck.


How can I redeem the card or best reach an Apple support person to help me redeem it?
