If I try to update an app the message above appears on my mac. On iPhone, I can install new apps but updating apps is impossible. All Apple services status are green.

Same problem on all my devices, including Apple TV, for 2 days now.

Having the same problem as well across all my devices (iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 6, iPad Pro, MacBook Pro), it's been happening since Nov. 12th around 5pm.
At least you're getting a message on your mac, for most of us, the update just tries to initiate, and then just goes back to an update button.
Having the same issue, started two days ago for me.
On my iPhone, I tried successful a workaround with iMazing. With this tool it is possible to download and install updates.
Have been talking to Apple for a few days now. Sent them the information will post back once I hear anything.
Have to dig thru the log to find this error code 13. Just updated to iOS 13.2.3 and issue still there.
What is going on Apple.
Same problem here. Started yesterday evening. No updates on iOS Devices, no Update on High Sierra on my Mac. On the mac I also get the mzfairplay.sinftoolFailure_message error message.
