Apple ID Locked

Hi I subscribed for Apple Music and got a 3 month free trial and my trial is supposed to end on December 13, 2019 but, today my membership ended and today is November 14, 2019 and then I tried to download an app and it wouldn’t let me and it said to update my billing info but I don’t need to because I haven’t purchased a premium app.
