My screen is black with a white line on the bottom. cannot open... whats happening?
why is my screen totally black, other than a white line at the bottom? i cannot open, or shut my phone off.

Have you tried these steps yet? If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen. If you have, and you're not able to force-restart or restore your device, I recommend that you Contact Apple Support next.
