New iPad Pro does not recognize ios13 update
Is there any way to get my brand new iPad Pro to update to iOS 13 wirelessly? I do not have a computer with iTunes installed.

No. But I found a solution. Signing out and back in to my Apple ID enabled the iPad to recognize and download ios13 wirelessly! Thank you for your response though.
