Safari has disappeared on my iPad. How can I retrieve or reinstall it?

I have used the App Store to look for Safari on my iPad but no joy. Icon disappeared from the dock and I do not know where it is. Any ideas? Thanks, Phil

You can also swipe down from the top of the screen and use the search function.

The safari app can't be deleted.

Look in your other app folder or home screen.

Double check restrictions/screen time.

Settings - general - reset - reset home screen layout.
