Why do AirPods Pro noise controls not display on iPad?

You're welcome. Enjoy the AirPod Pros. I know I do. I purchased mine just before a plane trip, and the noise reduction was great for watching a movie on my iPad. Quite impressed, since most of my experience with noise cancellation headphones have been over the ear ones. I didn't expect it to be that good on a jet.

They are appearing in my iPad Pro 11. Are you connected to the AirPod Pros? What troubleshooting have you tried? Also, what version of iPadOS do you have on the iPad?
