When I want to move an a mail to a folder,previously the folder name would come up as soon as I asked to move it. Since the upgrade I have to select name of box

Move Message button I noticed that in Mail, a button to move the message to a new folder exists at the top right of each message window. When I press the button, my other mail folders show up. Selecting one however, does NOT move the message. The same goes for selecting a folder using the Move Message command when an email is open in its own window.

how to select mail default "move to" folder Apple Mail has a "Move To <folder name>" button in its control block at the top of the window. In my case it is set to folder "In 2018" from when I moved our 2018 mail out of the Inbox. How do I change this button to move to a new folder "In 2019"?
