I deleted a computer from system preferences but there are icons in launchpad that are related to the printer that I want to remove. When I make the apps jiggle there is no X on it to delete it. When I tried to drag it to trash it just bounces back. How do I remove these unwanted icons from launchpad?

That usually means it was installed using an installer. You would need the uninstaller to remove it.

What if there is no X on jiggling apps how do I delete it? It won't drag to trash either.
